PROCESS:
Our US-based Customer Process Managers (CPM) will speak to you about your challenges and needs. They will assess the specific talent, technology and hours required to complete your project. The CPM will be your prime contact throughout the process and available to assist you during local business hours.
Next, a Russian-based Outsourced Process Manager (OPM) will be selected. This OPM will manage the offshore engineering team. After gaining in-depth knowledge of your needs and requirements, the OPM will select the offshore team members, assign roles and responsibilities and develop the specifications for the milestones and deliverables involved. A communication protocol and reporting method will be established using PTC's Product Development System (PDS) (http://www.ptc.com/solutions/processes/design-outsourcing). This system enables secure, real-time communication, data and document distribution, collaboration and process management between our remote team of engineers and your team locally. This system will also allow your team to instantly track progress and know exactly what has been accomplished and what needs to be accomplished at any point during the project.
